G&G produces a large number and variety of different types of pressings and stampings in different sizes, materials and finishes in house. Materials include; mild steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, spring steel, copper, beryllium copper, brass, bronze, aluminium including reflector qualities, titanium and special alloys in a large variety of mechanical properties, hardness and surface structures.
The samples shown represent a small selection of small parts components.
G&G manufactures components of different sizes and materials for a variety
of different customers.
Press work is done in material thickness ranging from 0,12 mm to 8,- mm, whereby G&G's main emphasis is on materials of between 0,4 mm and 3,- mm, and widths ranging from 12,-mm to 400 mm.
G&G Engineering gets special purpose machinery generally build in Ireland, the UK, Switzerland & Germany.
G&G's
speciality are large electrical grid stampings for in house or external
assembly or over moulding
Components are produced, if required, with all types of material
finishes including chrome- , nickel- , electroless nickel-, zinc- (in
clear , yellow and black) and silver plating (single hung on the
rack or in the barrel) as well as electro forretic coating.
Pre-plated material coils used in our production include electro galvanised
steel coil, galvanised steel coil, Silver plated brass, copper and phosphor
bronze coil, anodised polished and coated aluminium coils as
well as a number of painted finishes. All coils can be used with protective
or paper filament and all metal components can also be supplied degreased.
G&G often uses on customer request preplated Slit coil. Plating includes silver, tin, electro zinc, hot dipped galvanised, prepainted.
