G&G designs in house and uses external design houses for plastic injection moulds. G&G also offers as a service the managing of suites of tools being build in Europe or Asia.

Design is carried out on the PEPS 4.3.1.1 and Cad-link systems design packages.

The external design houses are in Ireland, the USA, Germany and the UK.

Data is handled in dwg, dxf, iges and stp formats.
