G&G Engineering Ltd designs and produces a large number of different types of injection moulding tools in house and complements this by offering the project management of suites of tools built in Europe or Asia.

As well as designing and building tools, the toolroom supports G&G and customer tools in production. The toolroom also has the capability to tweak or modify tools brought in from Europe or Asia.

The high capital investment in CNC machines for 3D-milling/4 axis die sinking/wire EDM and CAD equipment mean that returns in toolmaking tend to be modest over the short term. G&G however, sees a modern fully equipped toolroom as essential to support both its production and automated assembly activities.
