Vibro Finishing

Vibro finishing can polish up rough edges where smoothness is critical i.e. a part used in professional headphones where roughness would influence sound quality.

Components are produced, if required, with all types of material finishes including chrome-, nickel-, electro less nickel-, zinc- (in clear , yellow and black passivation) and silver plating (all as preplated, single hung on the rack or in the barrel) as well as electrophoretic coating.

G&G often uses on customer request preplated Slit coil. Plating includes silver, tin, electro zinc, hot dipped galvanised, prepainted.
